Cesar Umanzor, Founder, and CEO of Momentum Agency Group is responsible for the strategic direction, vision, and performance of Momentum's financial strategy and client portfolio. Known for his analytical, data-driven, entrepreneurial decision-making skills, he provides expert advice and creates a model function concerning clients' goals to maximize their ROI. Cesar experience in negotiating contracts, global market development, business management, and financial analysis ensures efficient complete service to his clients through cutting-edge technology and caring personal touch to assure the highest quality service. He meets with business leaders from different industries to exchange ideas and evolve his approach to the ever-changing talent, real estate, and consulting market.
Cesar holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from the Rusche College of Business at Stephen F. Austin State University. He is an active member of the Houston Association of Realtors, a Member of the Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Fort Bend Political Affairs Association Leadership. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese are especially beneficial to his international friends.

Previously, with over 300M+ in closed sales throughout his career, Cesar Umanzor was accountable for negotiating and incorporating complex C-Level agreements to create net value, increase productivity, and improve EBITDA for Fortune 500 companies. He drove strategic global sales partnerships and supply chain solutions to accelerate the growth alignment integration of the organization's sales strategy, team development, and vision across departments. Cesar established and maintained strong relationships with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders through collaborative execution on new business market opportunities, aligned solutions to impact business metrics, and emphasize scale global support across specific regions and verticals.
